A POEM: WHISPERS OF WHISKERS

Whispers of Whiskers By Ms Mal Designs.

In the quiet of twilight’s hush, Where sun-kissed whiskers brush, A feline muse with eyes aglow, Meets a fluttering friend, just so.

The cat, a sage with secrets deep, Curves its profile, a mystery to keep. Its pink nose quivers, senses keen, As if the butterfly’s tale it’s seen.

And there, perched upon that nose, A winged wanderer, delicate and bold, Blue and black—a living gem, A fleeting dance, a whispered hymn.

“Tell me,” purrs the curious cat, “Of skies you’ve crossed, adventures vast, Of petals kissed by morning dew, And moonlit nights when dreams came true.”

The butterfly, its wings unfurled, Shares tales of meadows, sunlit world, Of nectar sipped from fragrant blooms, And zephyrs that carry whispered tunes.

Together they weave a silent song, A duet of fur and gossamer throng, In twilight’s embrace, they find their place, Two souls entwined—a fleeting grace.

And as the night enfolds them tight, The cat and butterfly take flight, Beyond the garden’s earthly bounds, Into realms where magic knows no bounds.
